Hi Admin. Seems you are the only poster in this ka forum. Good. The owner owns it. I love the site, of course i had to come across it as i am an IT enthusiast based in nairobi. You gat a good content driven site. True.

Currently I'm trying to get a hossting solution for an online community website with a board and the way things are shaping up, I'm seeing myself going for the .com extension. Whuuuuuuu! How glad will I be If i get a good host solution for a .co.ke extension. Internet is already expensive, we can only crave for cheap things now, else, we will.........>

This forum is early days..it would be nice to think that others may also contribute.

Re your intended community site...that would be something we could help with and advise on. Once you have your domain name and webspace there are plenty of open source solutions available.

It would be really nice if Kenyans generally got into this web(internet) space to learn and contribute, it is still for the "RICH".

I've also realized that the web has a lot of resources and solutions to very many solutions that the world needs, especially Africa.

Earlier I checked out the M-PESA payment site that is co-managed with this site. Its quite a good idea. I was shocked though, because the last time I tried such a project, I got stuck at the stage where I had to go for some short code from Safari com to connect with my app and they looked reluctant, so the fact that this has been managed in some quarters (Money a Mickle) is really shocking. Is it me sleeping on the job or you guys were way tooo smart?
